Grimms' Fairy Tales Book Design

I designed both the interior and cover of a copy of Grimms’ Fairy Tales. For the cover I researched previous covers and sketched ideas, attempting to create a concept that integrated what worked with previous covers while being original. I landed on using elements from the story “The Twelve Dancing Princesses,” incorporating a gold, a silver, and a diamond tree into the design.
